Today I started mixing up a bit of jogging instead of just walking. I was afraid I couldn’t keep up, but wasn’t that hard, to be honest. Well, I didn’t jog the whole time, I tried to make one third, for example: one circuit walk, half circuit jog. The circuit is probably around 200 meters.

I knew I had to do it, and I still need to eventually completely switch to run the whole time, but was postponing it. Maybe one of the things that made me finally do it was my smart band. As I reviewed the statistics of last time, I found out I was in “warm up” mode the whole time, and never got up to the next level which is “fat burning”. So this time around, I could see that at times I was even in “aerobic” mode, which is above “fat burning”. 

I know I’m still way out of shape, but this is how I change that.
